LUCY
I have been practicing as an integrative therapist since qualifying as a counsellor in 2016. I have worked in various settings such as mental health charities, Mind and Samaritans, in the Occupational Health and Wellbeing sector and now as a private therapist.
I am warm and friendly with a down to earth nature which helps you feel at ease. I can help empower you to overcome a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, to name a few.

I provide a confidential, non-judgmental, safe space where you can be comfortable opening up about your inner most thoughts and feelings. We can explore your patterns of behaviour, your relationships, your history, the impact of the pandemic on you and anything that you feel you need to gain clarity on or offload.

Therapy will increase your self-awareness and I will guide you on proven self-help/CBT informed techniques that will help you cope with symptoms such as worry, overthinking, poor sleep, low-mood and low-motivation. I will support you with goal setting, to achieve the changes you want and encourage you to reach your full potential.

I just want to say a massive thank you for helping me get through the hardest times in my life. You have helped me to stop self-harming which I thought I'd never do. You have helped me learn it’s okay not to be okay. I’ve become a totally different person. Thank you for being there when I needed someone to talk to.
